Elebu Courtyard Micro Estate – N110M

Courtyard micro estate is up for sale.

Located in New Vista Estate, Moganna, Elebu, Ibadan, it sits on two oversized plots and in a Cul De Sac.

The main house has five bedrooms plus a game room and a safe room. It’s built around an open central courtyard.

The secondary building is a two bedroom apartment with an attached oversized two car garage.

I designed and built this enclave and structure to a California standard. But I need a replacement structure that gives a nod to my current medical condition else I would keep it.
