Elebu Courtyard Micro Estate

I’ve finally decided to put Casa Ava, my courtyard micro estate, up for sale.

It’s located in New Vista Estate, Moganna, Elebu, Ibadan.

It sits on two oversized plots and in a Cul De Sac.

The main house has five bedrooms plus a game room and a safe room. It’s built around an open central courtyard.

The secondary building is a two bedroom apartment with an attached oversized two car garage.

There’s a third building which is a studio plus power station.

I designed and built this enclave and structure to a California standard. But I need a replacement structure that gives a nod to my current medical condition else I would keep it.

It has land receipt, land agreement, registered survey, approved building plan and certificate of occupancy.
